This patch file will bring the gtk docs a bit more upto date

I've added the following widgets to the base documentation tree:

aspect_frame
button_box
color_selection

I also added documentation on the functions that I understand, still more to
come but I want someone to look over this and tell me if I'm doing it right
or wrong.
