Editing Quick Reference
Setting Cursor Position
- To Set the Cursor Position 
	- SINGLE click the LEFT button ONCE where you want to insert 			text
Selecting Text
- Selecting Range of Characters
	
 HOLD DOWN the LEFT button and DRAG
- Selecting Single Word 
	
 DOUBLE click  LEFT button on word you wish to select
- Selecting Range of Words 
	
 DOUBLE click  LEFT button on selected word  and DRAG
- Selecting Entire Line
	
 TRIPLE click  LEFT button on  selected line
- Selecting Range of Lines
	
 TRIPLE click  LEFT button on selectd line and DRAG
- Selecting Entire Text
	
 SHIFT + TRIPLE click LEFT button
- Extending Selected Text (by character/word/line)       
	
 SHIFT + LEFT button and DRAG
- To (disjointly) Add to Text Selection 
	
 CTRL + LEFT button will ADD a character/word/line
- To (disjointly) Add Word to Selection 
	
 CTRL + DOUBLE click LEFT button
- To (disjointly) Add Line to Selection 
	
 CTRL + TRIPLE click LEFT button
Copy Text
     
- Copy Text
	
 select text, CTRL + MIDDLE button COPIES selection
Cut Text
  
- Cut Text
	
 select text, CTRL + RIGHT button DELETES text
 
Paste Text
- Paste Previous Selection 
	
 SINGLE click LEFT button SETS cursor
 SINGLE click MIDDLE button PASTES selection
NOTE:  When you copy/cut/paste, a copy of the text is stored in a "cut buffer". 
Pasting retrieves text from the "cut buffer" if no other selection is current.
NOTE: Deselect all text by clicking the RIGHT mouse button once. Paste text by clicking MIDDLE mouse button once.
Cut Text
- DELETE (CNTRL + d)   
	
 removes selected text or character to right of cursor
- BACKSPACE (CNTRL + h)
	 
 deletes character to left of cursor
Paste Text
- INSERT (CNTRL + v) 
	
 pastes text at cursor position
